Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States,
and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, MyTalia.com does not ship
orders to post office boxes. MyTalia.com is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States a FREE Ground shipping. Please allow 4-5 business days.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment,
you will only be charged one shipping fee.
Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.
RETURN FOR FULL REFUND
MyTalia.com offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Go to Talia Returns to
create your return and print out a shipping label. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS/Fedex
Articles are accepted for full refund in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TALIA STERLING SILVER?
Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Using a small amount of silver
jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm
water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new.
Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air.
Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece.
If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed
box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes
tarnishing and corrosion.

TALIA™ Jewelry warrants that TALIA™ Jewelry products purchased online at MyTalia.com, are of superior quality and free from
material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. TALIA™ Jewelry will repair or replace, in
accordance with the provisions of this warranty policy, any TALIA™ Jewelry product during one year from the date of
purchase if it is determined that the product has a material or manufacturer defect.
This warranty does not cover damage to TALIA™ Jewelry products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification,
attempted repair, negligence after purchase and ordinary wear and tear.
