When will my TALIA purchase arrive?

If it’s in stock, your piece will ship within one business day.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the US, and to any international destination.

Do you ship outside the US?

We offer express international shipping on all orders over. Your order will be delivered by FEDEX.

The shipping cost for international orders is calculated and presented during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all purchases to the US.

What is your US returns policy?

TALIA offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return from the US. Simply visit returns page to print out a shipping label. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS/Fedex location.

Articles are accepted for full refund in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

How long does shipping take?

For orders within the US, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination and preferred duties and taxes payment method. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

How fast can I have my order?

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

All orders are insured.

All TALIA items are shipped from New Jersey.

What shipping options are available on mytalia.com?

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, mytalia.com does not ship orders to post office boxes. mytalia.com is able to accept post office box apresses for your billing needs.

For each apress within the United States, the following charges apply:

Ground shipping: FREE. Please allow 4-5 business days.

Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
